Food Sensitivity Symptoms Are Helped at the AIMS Clinic

The damage continues… digestion is impaired and undigested food particles enter the blood stream, reeking havoc throughout the body and compromising the immune system.

Unlike food sensitivities, food allergies are typically easy to identify because reactions are often immediate and dramatic - even deadly on occasion. Food sensitivities can take 4 - 96 hours to manifest after ingestion, and may be mild, moderate or dramatic. In fact, many people consume food that generates a mild to moderate reaction, without even realizing it. Day after day, week after week and month after month, moderate reactions accumulate, resulting in health symptoms… and may lead to disease.

The Food and Chemical Sensitivity Test (blood test) available at the AIMS Clinic, measures personalized nutrition on a cellular level. Our Medical Director, Matthew Speesler, MD provides an easy to read, color-coded booklet containing each patient’s test result. This booklet identifies foods that are incompatible (along with the level of each reaction) and “safe”, non-reactive foods. In addition, a customized Rotational Diet is included to avoid a cumulative sensitizing effect. By consuming certain foods (as well as foods in their associated family) one day and then omitting them for at least the next three days, food molecules are able to leave the system, avoiding an overload effect.
