Dr. Monica consults with individuals, groups and elite athletes for training and nutritional programs. Her specialty is providing guidance to patients - to help them achieve “better outcomes from better intakes”. These changes are attained by biotransformation, which is what happens when a negative or a chronic health state can be impacted by Applied Nutritional Therapy (ANT). Dysfunctions impacted by ANT include Elevated Cholesterol, Food Sensitivities, Candidiasis (Intestinal Yeast), Headaches, GERD, Sleep Disorders, Dyslipidemia, Diabetes II, Fatigue, Bowel Dysfunction, Autoimmune Diseases and other diseases that are otherwise typically managed by prolonged use of over the counter and/or prescription drugs. ANT utilizes the body’s innate ability to heal and maintain a healthy status when provided the correct nutrition and mobilization regimes.
Dr. Monica offers customized programs for her patients. These programs focus on:
- Identifying optimal metabolic potentials and deficits, in order to create a simple nutrient program, that will deliver specific, balanced health solutions.
- Incorporating supplements (not duplicating supplements) essential for optimal function - adhering to supplement protocols, which have been medically researched by mainstream, clinical trials.
Programs are usually 4 to 12 weeks (approximately 3 to 7 visits). This is primarily based on a patient’s personal goals and health challenges.
